By placing an order online, you consent to receiving emails from us to complete the ordering process, for example to confirm your order and to provide delivery updates. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that these communications be in writing.

Ordering a Product

When you place an order to purchase a product/s from us your order is an offer to us from you to buy the products set out in the order.

Once you place an order we will send you a message confirming receipt of the order which will contain details of your order (Order Confirmation). The Order Confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. It does not confirm our acceptance of your offer to buy the products ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product/s to you and send an e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the product to you (Sale Confirmation). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive separate Sale Confirmations for each package, and each Sale Confirmation will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product/s specified in that Sale Confirmation.

You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available by Stripe.

International Orders: We currently only ship products to places within Australia and therefore do not ship products to other countries.

Statutory Rights & Remedies

Our Returns Policy, applies in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have under law including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing & Availability

All prices for products listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated on the website or in any Sale Confirmation, delivery estimates and dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times and you should not rely on delivery estimates provided by us. Please see our Shipping Policy.

While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, products and any product packaging and materials may be different from that displayed on our website. Importantly the sale of products to you under these Terms are not a sale by description.

All information about products on our website is provided for information purposes only and our sole liability in the event that any incorrect product information is displayed on our website will be to accept a return of the product in accordance with our Returns Policy, and your statutory rights. 3. Any business loss, loss of sales, profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure that you may suffer;

4. Any indirect or consequential losses that you may suffer; or

5. Any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated in writing our liability to you for any loss arising from or relating to the offer or sale of any product by us on this website is limited to a refund of the relevant amount paid by you for the product, including any applicable shipping fees.
